Self Empowernment Program For Housing Africans(SEPHA)is our newest program and with our partners, our aim is decent living for all.
What is SEPHA ?
SEPHA is a self sustaining program in a crowd funding format for solving Africa’s housing needs, creating jobs and income earning opportunities for Africans, alleviating poverty and a massive job creating vehicle, while providing shelter and organized living spaces across Africa.
How SEPHA works
This is where a member of the SEPHA program, contributes the amount that represents one unit position in the seven position for the unit.
Each unit will have a unique identification number and a unique NFT symbol.
Upon the completion of construction and sale of each unit of houses, apartments or property, there is a 10% administration and sales fee.
Decent and low cost housing is what every African needs to become confident and feel worthy of living because his household is safe.
